Plain unmarked box with no logos or brand markings. Return address shows a neutral company name only. Even customs labels use discreet language.
How fast does it ship?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days, free on all orders. Expedited 1–2 day shipping available at checkout. International orders typically 5–10 days with duties prepaid.
Do you ship worldwide?
Canada, UK, Australia, and EU. We handle all duties upfront so you won't face surprise fees at delivery.
Returns & warranty
What's the return policy?
30 days, full refund, free return shipping on all orders. Returns accepted even if used — condition doesn't affect refunds. Returned items are recycled responsibly.
How long is the warranty?
Two years on all devices. Covers motor failure, battery issues, silicone defects, and manufacturing flaws. Free repair or replacement plus free shipping.
What if my order arrives damaged?
